Summary
This study tests a small implanted device that sends mild electrical pulses to nerves to treat chronic pain from nerve injury or surgery. About 89 adults with ongoing pain in the back, shoulder, knee, or foot will either get the implant plus usual medical care or usual care alone. The goal is to see if the implant provides better pain relief and is safe.
