Summary

This study is testing if a medication called naltrexone can help people who want to drink less or stop drinking for Dry January. It's for adults who don't have a severe alcohol problem but want to cut back. Participants will take the pill either daily or just before they think they might drink, to see if it helps reduce cravings and drinking.
