First seen May 08, 2026 ยท Last updated May 08, 2026
Summary
This study looked at how naloxone (a drug that reverses opioid overdoses) behaves when given as a nasal spray or through an IV. Eight healthy volunteers took part to help researchers build a computer model that predicts how the drug reaches the brain. The goal was to improve understanding, not to treat any disease.
