Microscope vs. naked eye: which cleans wounds better?

Summary
This study tests whether using a surgical microscope to clean skin wounds leads to better healing than cleaning them with the naked eye. About 98 adults with chronic wounds from diabetes, injuries, or pressure sores will take part. Researchers will measure wound healing, pain, and drainage over one week to see which method works best.
