Summary

This study tests whether two dietary supplements, Congaplex and Immuplex, can improve age-related changes in fingernail ridges and hair health. Researchers will enroll 90 healthy adults aged 18 to 75 who have vertical nail ridges. Participants will take the supplements or an active control for 6 months, and changes in nail and hair condition will be measured.
