Summary
This study is testing whether adding an over-the-counter antioxidant called N-Acetylcysteine (NAC) to a powerful cell therapy (CAR-T) is safe for people with lymphoma. Researchers want to find the highest dose of NAC that causes few or mild side effects when given alongside the CAR-T therapy. The goal is to see if NAC can help the CAR-T cells work better by improving the environment around the tumor.
