Summary
This study tests an experimental oral drug called NA-931, taken alone or with the approved weight-loss injection tirzepatide, in 224 overweight or obese adults aged 18–80. The main goal is to see how much weight participants lose over 48 weeks compared to a placebo. The trial also measures changes in waist size and body fat.
