Summary
This study looks at whether a guided, non-drug spiritual exercise can produce mystical-type experiences in healthy Christian adults. About 120 participants will complete one in-person session and then follow a 4-week integration program. Researchers will measure changes in well-being, meaning, and spirituality over two months.
