Can a snack-sized app replace full diet tracking?

NCT ID NCT06919471

First seen Nov 10, 2025 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study tests whether a simpler food tracking app, MySnackTracker, works as well as traditional full-intake diet logging. Researchers will compare how satisfied people are and how well they stick with each method. About 90 adults who already take part in certain cancer research studies will use one of the two tracking methods. The goal is to see if a shorter approach can make diet tracking easier and more sustainable.
