App aims to ease diabetes distress in type 1 adults

Summary
This study tests whether a self-help app called MyDiaMate can reduce diabetes-related distress in adults with type 1 diabetes, compared to usual care. About 660 participants from the Netherlands, UK, Spain, and Germany will use the app and report their emotional well-being. The goal is to improve mental health without changing diabetes treatment.
