New hand therapy tested to ease pain and restore grip after surgery
NCT ID NCT07233369
Summary
This study aims to see if adding myofascial release exercises to standard physical therapy helps people recover better from hand tendon surgery. It will involve 42 adults who have had surgery for a hand flexor tendon injury. Researchers will compare the new exercise approach to conventional therapy to see which is better at reducing pain, improving grip strength, hand dexterity, and quality of life.
