First seen Feb 27, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding a simple self-massage technique (myofascial release) to a standard exercise program can improve foot function, balance, and walking in people with type 2 diabetes. About 40 adults aged 30 to 65 with controlled diabetes will be split into two groups: one doing only exercise, the other doing exercise plus foam rolling before each session. The goal is to see if the extra step helps reduce foot pain and disability.
