Scientists scan for Pain's hidden signature
NCT ID NCT07322445
Summary
This study aims to find better, more objective ways to measure chronic muscle pain. Researchers will use MRI and other imaging techniques on adults with neck and shoulder pain to see if these scans can detect physical signs of pain and track how it changes after a standard treatment. The goal is to develop tools that could help doctors better understand and monitor pain in the future.
