Summary
This study is testing two different drug combinations for people with multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer, that has stopped responding to many standard treatments. It aims to see if these new combinations can help control the cancer and are safe for patients. The trial is for adults whose myeloma is considered 'penta-refractory' or 'triple-class refractory,' meaning it has not responded to several major types of prior therapies.
