New hope for patients whose myeloma has come back

Summary
This study is testing whether adding a new drug called iberdomide to an existing treatment (belantamab mafodotin and dexamethasone) is safe and more effective for people with multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to other therapies. The trial will first find the safest dose and then compare how long patients stay cancer-free on the new combination versus the standard two-drug treatment. It is for adults who have already tried at least two other types of therapy.
