Two-Drug attack on rare blood cancer aims to free patients from transfusions

Summary
This study is testing whether combining two drugs, momelotinib and luspatercept, can help people with a rare bone marrow cancer called myelofibrosis who need frequent blood transfusions. The main goal is to see if the treatment can reduce or eliminate the need for transfusions over 24 weeks. It will also closely monitor the safety of this drug combination in about 56 participants.
