Scientists test Double-Drug attack on rare blood cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether adding a new drug called ulixertinib to an existing medication (ruxolitinib) is safe and effective for people with myelofibrosis, a rare bone marrow cancer. Researchers will enroll 37 adults who are already taking ruxolitinib but still have significant symptoms or organ enlargement. The main goals are to find the safest dose of the new combination and see if it helps control the disease.
