Text or portal: which gets parents access to Kids' health records faster?

Summary
This study looks at the best way to help parents get online access to their child's medical records. About 5,200 parents will either get a text, a message through their own patient portal, or no message at all. Researchers will then compare which group had more parents successfully activate access.
