First seen May 13, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This observational study will follow 40 adults with thymic abnormalities or MG-related antibodies to understand how myasthenia gravis develops and progresses. Participants will undergo clinical exams, blood tests, and tissue analysis (if surgery is needed) over 18 months. The goal is to identify markers that predict disease onset or worsening, without testing any new treatment.
