First seen May 13, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This observational study will follow 40 adults with thymus gland issues or myasthenia gravis (MG) antibodies to better understand how the disease starts and progresses. Researchers will analyze blood, thymus tissue, and muscle samples, along with regular check-ups over 18 months. The goal is to find clues that could predict MG onset or worsening, but this study does not test any treatment.
