New study tests stress relief for myasthenia gravis patients

Summary

This study looks at whether a special stress management program can help adults with myasthenia gravis feel less anxious and stressed, and improve their quality of life. About 62 participants will take part in the program and complete questionnaires. The goal is to see if this approach is helpful and practical for people living with this chronic condition.
