New web tool aims to help chronically ill choose safe birth control

Summary
This study tests a web tool called My Health, My Choice that helps people with health conditions (like diabetes or high blood pressure) understand their birth control options. About 795 participants will either use the tool before a clinic visit or receive usual care. The goal is to see if the tool reduces the number of people who don't use any birth control and helps them choose safer methods.
