New program aims to break the silence on tough cancer care talks
NCT ID NCT07402057
Summary
This study is testing a program called 'My Care My Voice' designed to make it easier for patients with advanced cancer and their doctors to talk about palliative care. Palliative care focuses on managing symptoms and improving quality of life, and earlier conversations about it can help. The research will see if the program helps patients feel more comfortable starting these important discussions and if doctors are better prepared to respond.
