Summary

This is the first human study of a new oral medication called MWN109 tablets, designed for weight management. Researchers will test the drug's safety, how the body processes it, and what side effects occur in 60 healthy adults with overweight or obesity. The study will start with single doses and progress to multiple doses, carefully monitoring participants for up to 12 weeks.
