New program aims to boost living kidney transplants

Summary
This study tests a program that gives personalized support to people with kidney failure who need a transplant. The goal is to help them find a living donor from their family or friends. 66 participants will receive guidance from a team of experts to learn how to talk about donation and connect with potential donors. The study will measure how many people get a living donor transplant.
