Can music soothe cancer anxiety as well as therapy?

Summary
This study is testing whether virtual music therapy works as well as cognitive behavioral therapy (a type of talk therapy) to reduce anxiety in people who have had cancer. It will involve about 368 participants, including some with advanced cancer. Researchers will see which approach helps more and if factors like age or expectations affect the results.
