Can music help students quit smoking?
NCT ID NCT05589220
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a digital music therapy program to standard nicotine replacement patches (like gum or patches) helps student smokers manage their cravings better than using the patches alone. It will involve 120 student smokers aged 18 to 25 who want to quit. Researchers will compare craving levels, anxiety, and withdrawal symptoms between the two groups over three months.
