Can 15 minutes of special music make PTSD therapy more effective?
NCT ID NCT06925867
Summary
This study is testing whether listening to specially filtered classical music for 15 minutes before daily therapy sessions helps people with PTSD feel better. Researchers will compare this music-enhanced therapy to standard therapy alone in 100 adults. They will track symptoms, stress levels, and physical responses to see if the music makes a difference.
