Can a song calm a Child's fear after a breathing tube?

NCT ID NCT06591533

Summary

This study is testing whether listening to music can help children stay calm and stable when doctors remove their breathing tube in the intensive care unit. Researchers will compare children who receive standard care plus music therapy to those who receive standard care alone, measuring heart rate, breathing, and stress levels. The goal is to see if music reduces the stress of the procedure and helps prevent children from needing the breathing tube put back in.
