Can music soothe Huntington's disease? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT06414967
Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether adding music therapy to standard care can help reduce irritability and impulsivity in people with early-stage Huntington's disease. Fifteen patients will use a digital music therapy tool for three months while researchers track changes in behavior and quality of life. The goal is to see if this non-drug approach can help manage difficult symptoms and support caregivers.
