Can your favorite songs help wake a damaged brain?

Summary
This study is testing whether listening to preferred music can help improve the level of consciousness in patients with severe brain injuries. It will involve 66 patients in early neurological rehabilitation who have disorders like coma or minimal consciousness. Patients will be randomly assigned to listen to music, an audiobook, or nothing for 30 minutes daily over 28 days to see which approach best helps restore awareness.
