Summary
This study aims to see if playing upbeat music during a school sports program makes kids more active and enjoy exercise more. About 35 fifth and sixth graders will participate in an 8-week program, with some classes having music and others not. Researchers will track steps and ask kids about their enjoyment and motivation to see if music makes a difference.
