Summary
This study is testing whether creating a personalized music playlist can help people process grief after losing a spouse or life partner. Thirty people from a grief support group will talk about their loss and work with a researcher to build a playlist reflecting their emotions. Researchers want to see if this creative activity improves mental well-being and gives people a new tool to manage their grief.
