Summary
This study is testing whether listening to low-intensity, soothing music can help reduce anxiety in teenagers and young adults. Researchers will measure changes in anxiety symptoms, brain blood flow, and heart rate patterns in 60 participants aged 18-25. The goal is to see if this gentle, non-drug approach can be a helpful tool for managing anxiety.
