Can a simple song ease the trauma of a stroke?
NCT ID NCT07313163
Summary
This study is testing whether playing music during routine nursing care, like bathing, can make stroke patients in the intensive care unit feel more comfortable and less anxious. Researchers will enroll 102 French-speaking adults who have recently had a stroke. They will measure comfort using a simple scale with pictures of faces showing different levels of ease or distress.
