NCT ID NCT07127159
Summary
This study is testing whether listening to music for one hour each day can help improve mood, memory, and brain activity in people who have had a stroke. Researchers will compare music listening to listening to audiobooks over four weeks. The main goal is to see if this approach is practical and acceptable for stroke survivors before planning larger studies.
