Classical music soothes new moms after surgery
NCT ID NCT07164521
Summary
This study tested whether listening to relaxing music could help women feel less pain and anxiety after having a cesarean section (C-section). 110 first-time mothers were randomly assigned to either listen to classical music for 15 minutes every hour or receive no special intervention. The goal was to see if this simple, drug-free method could be a helpful part of recovery care.
