First seen Mar 06, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study looks at whether listening to music can lower anxiety and improve sleep for people who have had a heart attack and are spending their first night in the coronary care unit. About 64 adults will take part, and they will listen to music before using eye masks and earplugs overnight. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free approach helps them feel calmer and rest better.
