Calming tunes soothe Moms-to-Be during stressful pregnancy check
NCT ID NCT07299214
Summary
This study tested whether listening to music during a routine fetal heart rate test (called a Non-Stress Test or NST) could make pregnant women feel better. Researchers compared 173 healthy pregnant women who either listened to music or had a standard, quiet test. They measured the women's comfort, anxiety, blood pressure, and heart rate to see if music helped.
