Summary

This study tests a new approach called gaze-contingent music reward therapy (GCMRT) combined with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for children aged 8 to 17 with anxiety disorders. About 150 participants will receive CBT for 4 weeks, then CBT plus either GCMRT or a control task for 8 more weeks. The goal is to see if adding music therapy makes CBT more effective at reducing anxiety symptoms.
