Summary
This study aims to understand how listening to 15 minutes of calming music affects people's stress levels, heart rate, and feelings of calmness. Researchers will enroll about 100 adults to listen to music and measure their body's responses through surveys, heart rate monitors, and saliva samples. The goal is to learn which types of people might benefit most from music for relaxation and how it works in the body.
