Summary
This pilot study explores whether a musical tool called Ipsilon can help screen and improve cognitive function in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Thirty-two participants will either use the Ipsilon for 15 minutes daily for a week or start with no intervention, then switch. The goal is to see if the Ipsilon can reliably measure thinking skills like memory and attention, and possibly boost them.
