Summary

This study looks at how the meaning we find in music can change the way we feel pain. Researchers will ask 50 healthy adults to listen to music and report their pain sensations. They will also interview some participants to learn which parts of music are most meaningful and how that affects pain. The goal is to understand the connection between music, emotion, and pain.
