Summary
This study aims to create a secure national database by collecting routine health information from about 22,000 adults with muscle or joint problems seen in community or primary care clinics. Researchers will use this data to develop dashboards and reports that help clinics track and improve the quality of care they provide. The study does not test any new treatment, but rather focuses on understanding current care patterns to guide future improvements.
