Could a Musical-Inspired device help control sleep apnea?

NCT ID NCT06910930

Summary

This study is testing a new device called DidgeriTU, designed to strengthen breathing muscles, to see if it can reduce breathing pauses during sleep for people with mild-to-moderate obstructive sleep apnea. Participants will use either the real device or a look-alike 'sham' device for three months and complete sleep tests and questionnaires. The goal is to see if this non-invasive training can help control the condition.
