Summary
This study aims to understand how severe weight loss (cachexia) affects muscles in people with colorectal cancer. Researchers will compare small muscle samples from patients with and without cachexia, and from healthy volunteers. The goal is to learn more about the muscle changes that occur, which could help guide future treatments.
