Can simple muscle relaxation ease trauma after disasters?
NCT ID NCT07164261
Summary
This study is testing whether a simple muscle relaxation training program can help people who developed PTSD after surviving a disaster. The researchers will work with 50 adult survivors to see if this non-drug approach reduces PTSD symptoms, improves sleep, and lowers stress and anxiety levels. They will compare results between a group receiving the training and a group that does not.
