Scientists probe link between leg strength and staying upright
NCT ID NCT07365605
Summary
This study aims to understand the relationship between leg muscle mass and a person's ability to balance. Researchers will measure the body composition and test the balance of 150 moderately active young men. The goal is to see if having more leg muscle relative to body weight is a better predictor of good balance than just having more muscle overall.
