New pill aims to stop muscle wasting in Weight-Loss patients

Summary
This study is testing a new oral drug, ACM-001.1, to see if it can help people with obesity keep their muscle while they lose weight using the medication semaglutide. It will involve about 120 participants and has two parts: one where the new drug is taken alongside semaglutide, and another where it's taken after stopping semaglutide. The main goal is to measure changes in muscle mass using a special body scan.
