First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a hands-on therapy called Muscle Energy Technique for people with non-specific neck pain. About 60 adults aged 18 to 65 with neck pain for at least 4 weeks will receive the treatment. Researchers will measure how much neck disability and movement improve. The goal is to find a simple way to reduce pain and help people move their necks more freely.
